Hi! I'm Charlayne Sullivan and I'm a mobile notary. I am TRULY MOBILE as I travel to various cities which include Tampa, Ocala, Ocklawaha and Jacksonville. 

 

Because I've always enjoyed helping people, it is an honor to assist you with your notary and non-notary needs. As a publicly commissioned officer of the state of Florida, I take my responsibilities seriously. My job as a notary public is to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official, fraud-deterrent, acts related to the signing of important documents. These official acts are called notarizations, or notarial acts. Therefore, when I put my notary stamp and/or signature on your document, you can rest assured I've followed all pertinent laws and guidelines.

Because of the seriousness of this role, I not only took the free, mandatory class the state of Florida requires all notaries to take, but I also paid for additional classes and training on my own. I want my customers to have the best there is to offer in notarial services.

My background began in writing. I started writing from an early age, eventually becoming the editor of my college newspaper, which led to becoming a correspondent with the Tampa Tribune and the St. Petersburg Times. After graduating with an A.A. in journalism and a B.A. in Mass Communications, I used my education and skills as an Executive Assistant, and then worked in Human Resources Departments in a multitude of industries.

I like helping people and being a notary gives me the opportunity to do just that. While, by law, I cannot answer your legal questions nor fill out forms for you, I can answer your notarization-related questions and notarize your forms. I am available to notarize your documents when and where needed.
