Notarizations:
All notarizations are $10 per notarized signature (excluding loan signings). Please contact me for fees regarding Power of Attorneys and Wills.
Travel Fees: (see below)
Travel fees may be added depending on where the signing will occur. (Travel fees are due upfront, and are non-refundable if signing does not occur due to no fault of the notary.)
Before or After Hour Fees:
Before or after hour fee of $20 may be applied if notarization occurs before or after regularly scheduled hours.
Solemnizing Marriages:
The fees for performing marriages are: $20 for marriage, $50 for paperwork/consulting with couple and possible travel fees, if applicable.
Mock Loan Signings:
Mock loan signings MUST be scheduled in advance. Travel fees may apply. Cost of mock loan signing is $50 for up to 1.5 hours. If you do not have a sample loan document to use, and need one, I can send you a loan document as a pdf for you to print prior to the loan signing. The pdf document is an extra $10.
