Non-Notary Services: (travel and before or after hour fees may apply)

• In-person I-9 Verifications - With over 15 years of experience in the HR field, I will be your authorized company representative and verify and sign off on your employees I-9's. Cost per in-person I-9 verification - $25 flat rate within 5 miles. Otherwise, travel fees will apply. Please contact me for a group rate of 3 employees or more. Am also experienced in completing E-verify submissions. Additional rate of $10 per employee to enter in E-verify.

• Exam/Test Proctoring - Experience proctoring tests at the elementary school and college level. $50 per hour (2 hour minimum which includes set up)

• Documentation/Manual Writing Services - Many years of experience writing documentation, SOP's and manuals in a variety of industries. Cost of $35 per hour or contact me for a per project price. Cost includes reading current documentation, talking with workers/users and/or sitting with workers/users for a first-hand view of subject matter. Final document will be the property of the person or entity which hires me. Am able to meet in-person or do through a combination of Zoom, email, phone calls and texts. Quick turnaround times depending on length of requested documentation/manual.

Travel fees may be added depending on where the requested service will occur. (Travel fees are due upfront, and are non-refundable.)

 

Before or After Hour Fees:

Before or after hour fee of $20 may be applied if requested service is before or after regularly scheduled hours.
